The basic goal is for us to get to know one another, and you, as a prospective client, to gain a better understanding of what it will be like to work with us. We will spend 90 minutes completing a professional fitness consultation that is FREE to you, no strings attached. We will ask you questions about your health and fitness background and your fitness objectives. We will then complete a body composition analysis and initiate a fitness evaluation that will help us design an exercise program that is geared toward your desired outcome (so bring your workout clothes!).

Everyone is different. During a free 90 minute fitness evaluation and consultation with you, we design and customize a one-on-one exercise program and provide nutrition guidance specifically tailored to meet your needs. We evaluate such factors as body-fat percentage, lean muscle mass, posture, gait, metabolic type, flexibility, relative strength, and joint stability. Upon completion of your body composition we gain a better understanding of your goals through a comprehensive health and medical and fitness and/or weight-loss questionnaire. We then guide you through a fit-test that will enable us to gather the final information needed to provide you with the right fitness prescription that delivers you guaranteed success.
Synergy. In the real world muscles don't work in isolation. Your muscles form an interrelated system that needs to be trained in ways that correspond to the demands you face every day, functional strength. We incorporate functional strength training which can be thought of as a movement continuum. As humans, we perform a wide range of movement activities, such as walking, jogging, running, sprinting, jumping, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, turning, standing, starting, stopping, climbing and lunging. All of these activities involve smooth, rhythmic motions in the three cardinal planes of movement; which are sagittal, frontal and transverse. That's why the CSF system emphasizes movements that challenge you synergistically, allowing your muscles to work together for the greatest strength, stability, and balance. Partner Training (2-3 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
Share a session with a friend or spouse to increase your motivation and commitment.
Small Group Training (4-6 clients sharing a 60 minute session)
Although CoreStrength Fitness specializes in one-on-one personal training, we also understand the need for more affordable options. Our small group training sessions are a smart and affordable way to achieve the results you want by sharing your session with a small group of 4-6 people. You workouts will be more consistent and more efficient than they would be on your own.
Fitness / Nutrition Coaching: Tap into a revolutionary fitness method, which teaches individuals to take control of their own fitness results by way of focused responsibility. Through 1 personal training session per week, 1-2 email/phone contacts per week/month, and expert nutrition guidance, we will completely transform your body. It’s called accountability and you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. We will develop an Exercise Program to use when you are not training with us and a Nutrition Plan focused on Fat Loss. This service is perfect to keep you on track with your own Personal Fitness Coach!
Red Rock Fitness:Join us all year (weather permitting) to enjoy one of the best outdoor conditioning experiences you can imagine; Stair Running, Squats, Lunges, Pushups, Dips, Core and Flexibility. Best of All - It’s FREE to all Personal Training Clients as part of your conditioning program that will surely take you to the top.
Ski and Snowboard: In season or out, improving your snow experience is our goal. Our Experts at CoreStrength Fitness have designed a program that includes exercises and tips to improve "Pre-Season Fitness", "Day of Performance", and "Post-Day Recovery". Together, we will take your skiing and boarding to the next level for more “on snow” fun this winter.
Mountain and Road-Bike Conditioning: Thinking about doing Colorado's "Ride the Rockies" or the "Leadville Trail 100"? Whether you want to last all day while you’re in the saddle or be able to climb that challenging hill in the mountains, we have the program that will take you to where you want to go.
Pre Natal and Post Natal Fitness: Exercise has benefits throughout your life, and this is especially true in pregnancy. If you've always been involved in sports or exercise, you should be able to continue most activities in moderation. If you've never been particularly active, pregnancy can be a great time to gently begin to exercise. You will feel better, look better, and your baby will thank you.
