OUR Denver YOGA INSTRUCTORS

Jeanna Gaydeski BA, RYT - Owner

Jeanna holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and is a Certified Registered Yoga Teacher. Jeanna found a love for yoga when she realized that she could utilize it to find balance in her life and manage stress. She incorporates different styles that allow her to customize her sessions to the individual. She also teaches small groups, but her passion is working one-on-one to maximize growth.

Yoga Philosophy: My yoga philosophy is simple – Yoga is for everyone! Yoga is a personal experience that addresses the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of who we are as individuals. It is not about being the most flexible or looking perfect in a pose. It is about getting what you need for yourself and your personal growth in a way that allows you to incorporate it into your daily lifestyle.

Favorite Quote: “Everyone is a house with 4 rooms – a physical, a mental, an emotional and a spiritual.  Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time.  However, if we don’t go into every room, every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person” – Indian axiom
